2. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: personal information like Student name, email, phone number, photo, class details, fee details and parent/ guardian details like name, phone number, address are collected by the app from school/user.
• School Details: We collect school information like school name, email, location and event details to manage student records linearly, because student information depends on school.
• Payment Information:Rosemary app collects payment account(s) details from school side to process payment by gateways. We don’t collect students or parents bank details and will process payment details securely like transaction Id, ref.No, amount, student.
• Our app uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.
• We may store the attachments that are provided on app chat and homework modules but it does not share to anyone.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to track fee details like tuition fee, exam fee and transport fee of a student and will indicate about their dues by app. And the user information may used to perform tasks like homework, assignment, etc.

4. Payment Processing & Security

All payments in Rosemary are processed through payment gateways. We do not store credit/debit card details on our servers.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share data with School Administrators & Teachers to manage student progress.
• We may share some basic details to the Third-Party Payment Providers to process transactions securely
• We use Google APIs to send notifications. These services are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy: Google Privacy Policy

6. Security Measures

Personal information’s are safeguarding by us through the powerful encryption technique and maintained on a secure server, including FCM token. Notifications are handled securely through Firebase.

7. Access to Device Storage

Our app may request permission to access your device's storage. This access is used to save documents and medias on your device, and also for an upload. We only use this permission for the intended features and do not access or store your personal files without your knowledge or consent.

8. User Consent and Control

• Notifications are sent only with user consent
• Users can enable/disable notifications at any time through their device settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

Rosemary app complies with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) so we don’t collect data from children under 13 without parental/guardian consent.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Users will be notified via In-app notifications.
